The Order of the White Fist
The Order of the Whit Fist is one of the oldest Orders in the Demon’s Quest series. Based on eastern philosophies, the school teaches a variety of techniques that a student can learn throughout their lives. Even though techniques are rarely mastered, the student is still left with a sense of accomplishment knowing their time in the Order was spent wisely.
Offensive Techniques:
The Three Finger: The student will use only their first three fingers of each hand to perform the technique. He or she must strengthen their fingers by hanging from tree branches, plunging their fingers repeatedly into a sand basin, and striking a hard surface such as a tree or rock. At a certain level, they will be given a set of finger-knives that will enable a student to plunge them into an opponent and throw them out of their way.
The Iron Feet: Every student learns basic kicking from first day they join the Order. Front snap kicks, back kicks; side kicks; hook kicks; crescent kicks, jumping kicks, etc. The Iron Feet technique builds on those by using specialized training methods to develop true power, speed, and accuracy. The student will do a variety of exercises to accomplish this feat. Wooden pillars with metal jugs on top, will help develop reach, control, and power. Rings dangling from ropes, will help improve your accuracy. Suspended frames with rice paper in the center, will help you improve your speed and control and blowing out candle will give you control.
The Iron Fist: As with the kicking, every student learns how to punch. What the Iron Fist teaches the student is power and speed. The training method is simple, yet grueling. The students toughen their hands by punching hot coals, rocks, hard clay, and other solid objects. The training methods must be applied every day until the student can punch through an object several inches thick and break down a boulder with just their fists. At a certain level, the student will be given a pair of gloves with either spikes or studs attached.
The Praying Mantis Style: The Mantis technique is all about strength. The student trains with weights, moving blocks of stones, pushing an enormous stone wheel, walking through a deep wet sand pit, fingertip pushups, and a few other exercises will develop devastating power. Coupled with a defensive technique such as Iron Body, would make the student extremely hard to beat.
The Iron Palm: The technique is an open hand attack and through years of training the student would be able to crack bones, produce internal bleeding and could possibly crush their opponent’s skull.
The Dragon: The training method for this technique concentrate on exercises for their fingers. The student will curl his, or her, fingers into the shape of a claw and strike hard surfaced targets until they damage the surface. Once proficient, the student could puncture an opponent’s body or rip their throat out.
The Eagle: Like the dragon, the student trains with just their fingers, but with only three fingers. The advantage the eagle has over the dragon is accuracy and the eyes are the preferred area to strike.
